The trailer mounted concrete pump is a kind of construction machinery used to transport concrete. It is widely used in construction conditions like urban construction, bridge, power, and energy sources etc. It is greatly modernized combining latest technologies both at home and abroad. It adopts streamline production assembly, S-valve serial high-pressure pumps, Z-gate-valve serial medium-pressure pumps and D-butterfly-valve serial low-pressure pumps. At the same time, we strictly controls all the machining processes and assembly quality as well as a final test to every pump trailer in a way by simulation working conditions and overload experiments to ensure great operation and no fault.

failure rate and reduce maintenance costs;

3. The S tube valve are cast into shape with austenitic manganese steel and has the dual advantages of anti-high pressure and anti-wearing;

4. Main electric elements are from Schneider and LG company, the reliability of the electric-control system is highly approved;

5. Glasses plates and cut loops are made of anti-wearing horsiness alloy, they have long service life;

6.The lubrication system adopts progressive distributor which supplies every lubrication point with oil in turn, and the oiling time can be set to save oil.
